Adaptella Founder and Managing Director Kevin Odera has spent more than sixteen years making enterprise supply chains work. He began on the warehouse and plant floor as an analyst, and rose to senior consulting roles serving global manufacturers and household consumer brands across the private and public sectors.
His expertise covers the full journey a product takes: how it's planned and purchased, how it moves through the warehouse, how it ships, and how the systems behind every step work together. His deepest experience is inside SAP, where he is certified in transportation management, and the discipline transfers to whatever platform a business runs.
What sets that expertise apart is that it was earned hands-on. Kevin has spent years inside the systems themselves: configuring them, connecting them to warehouses, carriers, and logistics partners, and carrying operations through testing and go-live. He speaks developer as fluently as boardroom, so recommendations don't stop at slideware. They get implemented.
